Domestic (within the US)

Domestic shipping methods include the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

USPS Shipping Methods

USPS typically delivers all packages by 8 PM on the estimated date of delivery. Please note that we can NOT request or guarantee delivery by a specific time frame. Simply Speciosa offers USPS Priority Mail shipping. All orders over $75 qualify for free Priority Mail shipping. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority mail should be delivered within 2 to 3 days. The United States Postal Service does not offer delivery on Sundays or holidays. Priority mail should be delivered in 3 days but unforeseen events may cause delays in your shipments. You will get a tracking number and delivery confirmation with this shipping method.

USPS Express 2-Day

USPS typically delivers all packages by 8 PM on the estimated date of delivery. There is no guaranteed time of day that the package will arrive by. Please understand that we can NOT request or guarantee delivery by a specific time frame. Simply Speciosa offers USPS Express 2-Day delivery. USPS Express 2-Day typically delivers two business days after an order is shipped. Unforeseen events may cause delays in your delivery. Please note that USPS Express 2-Day does not deliver on Sundays, or Holidays. You will get a tracking number and delivery confirmation with this shipping method.

Order Processing Deadlines

All orders that are received before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays will ship out the same day. Orders that are received after this time period will be processed the next business day. Orders that are received on Saturday or Sunday’s will ship the next business day.

Discreet Shipping

Your order will be discreetly shipped and will not state what you purchased.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is finished processing. Please be advised that our shipping carriers will not pick up packages from our facility on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after our order processing deadline, there could be a delay in receiving your shipping confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order. Your shipping time frame will begin once the carrier has picked it up from our facility.

Return and Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee: If there is any reason why you are unsatisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund, even if the package has been opened. All products need to be returned to us in their original packaging and there needs to be at least 75% of the product left.

Return Policy for 7ALKS Products

To qualify for a return, please ensure that at least 70% of the bottle is remaining. (i.e. 7 tablets remaining in a 10 count bottle)

If you ordered more than one bottle of 7ALKS, only one bottle may be opened, with a minimum of 70% of tablets remaining. All other bottles must remain sealed.

If you ordered multiple bottles, and there is no longer 70% of tablets remaining in the first bottle, we can only accept a return of the unopened bottles.

The open bottle with 70% of tablets remaining MUST be in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

Please be sure to include the shipping notice with your return. If you do not have a shipping notice you will need to email our support team at [email protected].

It will take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return. Once we receive it, it will take an additional 2 to 3 business days to process the return. If approved, we will provide a refund in the same way that you paid. Your bank could take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and processed your refund.

At this time, we are unable to ship Kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties – Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Union County (Mississippi), and in the following towns and cities – Alton, Edwardsville County & Jerseyville (Illinois), Oceanside (California), Ontario (Oregon), Franklin City (New Hampshire), and Parker and Monument (Colorado).
